Rates and rental periods

Equipment is available on daily, weekly, and monthly terms. The minimum rental period is one day. Weekly and monthly rates offer better value for longer projects. Your exact rate is confirmed when you request a quote and depends on the equipment, duration, and delivery distance.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the equipment and rental term. The deposit is confirmed with your quote and returned after the equipment is returned in good, working condition.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, same-day when equipment is available - and we deliver on Sundays. Delivery and pickup fees are based on distance to your job site and are quoted up front. We handle both drop-off and pickup so you can focus on the work.

Operator

A forklift with a trained operator is available on request. Note your operator needs when you request a quote and we will include it in your pricing.

Fuel

Equipment is delivered ready to work. Please return equipment with a comparable fuel level; refueling charges may apply if equipment is returned low on fuel.

Damage and care of equipment

The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period and for using it safely and as intended. Report any damage or mechanical issues to us right away. A damage waiver may be available - ask when you book.

Cancellation

Plans change - we get it. Let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made before delivery are handled without penalty in most cases. Call (817) 307-3204 to adjust or cancel a reservation.

Hours

Mon-Sat 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sundays delivery only. We are happy to arrange delivery windows that work for your schedule.
