Quotes and reservations

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee equipment availability or a confirmed reservation. Availability and pricing are confirmed by our team. Pricing is subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Rentals

All rentals are governed by our Rental Policy and your signed rental agreement, which set out rates, deposit, delivery, operator, fuel, damage, and cancellation terms. The renter is responsible for safe and proper use of the equipment during the rental period.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forklift Rentals DFW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the equipment. The renter assumes responsibility for safe operation and for ensuring operators are qualified.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website are the property of Forklift Rentals DFW and may not be reproduced without permission.
